I purchased a bicycle more than 10 years ago for over $600.00. It was never used. It's in perfect condition except for one small tear in the seat. The gears all work right. I rode it and it rides great. The bike is an Express Giant. I was hoping to ask $400 for it. What price do you think I can get for it?

I need a bike for daily practice (15 km per day). I thought I would buy a used bike because it's a lot cheaper, but I have no clue what to look for because my last bike (now stolen) was from a garage sale and it worked well.

What brands should I look for? My budget is $100-150 for a used bicycle and I don't want to get ripped!

I know Baron Karl Von Drais was one of the first to invent the bicycle (but there was no pedals) in 1817. And Pierre and Ernest Michaux were the first to invent the bike WITH pedals (1860s).
