I have been trying to find a stainless steel bicycle chain, or one that will not rust, currently I have been unable to find one. Keeping my bike out of the rain is not an option so I need a rust proof one. Links to a website where I could buy it would be appreciated.

A properly greased Chain will not Rust. Never use WD-40. Although it lubricates, it actually degreases, and causes rusting. Invest in good Cycling Chain Grease.
oil it
Wippermann Connex they have them at Performancebike.com available in 9 and 10 speed…100% stainless steel
The type of chain that will not rust is the chain that has proper care. A chain that is regularly cleaned and lubricated will not rust. Even one done with (not necessarily recommended, just making a point) WD-40 regularly will not rust. That said, use a high quality chain oil — liquid and place one drop on each roller. It will penetrate in the roller and plate out on the links. If you hold a towel under it to catch your misses and extra drops, the towel will become saturated with oil also. Wipe the chain with this towel when done.
You can buy expensive chains — or you can maintain the one you have. If you do buy an expensive chain — you still have to maintain it or you have an expensive chain wearing out just as fast a an el-cheapo.
There is a Titanium chain on the market. Costs £200 though. Althernatively, after each muddy ride, clean the chain and apply new chain lube (try wet wax, as this is sticky and should solve your problem). DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CHAIN WITH WD40!!!!!
Note: if you are not oiling your chain regularly, even a Ti chain will wear out quickly, causing wear on other components, like cassets. Sorry, but even if you can not avoid the water, lube your chain regularly. Also, check that your chain has not stretched on 12 links to 12 1/8″. Other wise, replace it, allong with casset.
Luck
Like everyone else said service the chain regularly. If I were you and I could not bring my bike inside, I would buy a tarp and some tie down straps.
Both Wipperman and KMC make a rust resistant chain. They aren’t 100% rustproof since the rivets are still carbon steel.
As almost everyone has said, the best rustproof chain is one that is maintained.
The one you keep from getting wet !
